1st off it looks pretty slow for a saturday, considering the low screen.

2d, wtf first one took 50 seconds, but third only took 35 seconds so that was ok.

3d, if you spent more time with the edge lock and making sure it was even on the table you wouldnt spend more time tossing it then properly preparing it on the table.

I don't toss the dough because my franchise doesn't allow it though i disagree with that, however I only have to slap it two-three times to get it perfect and under 30 seconds.
