My prediction is that the "she" in the videos is Stephanie McMahon. She has lost 80 lbs recently so she is obviously losing weight to get back on TV. I think she returns at Royal Rumble and helps Jericho win it, Laurinaitus gets fired the next night on Raw by Triple H, and Stephanie takes his place and uses Jericho to try and get the title off Punk.

1. From what I gather, Orton will be out for a little while, and they'll need a good face on WWE to fill that role.

2. Jericho had already said that he didn't really want to come back as a heel. He said when he saw signs calling him a hypocrite it was time to change it.

3. Why didn't he say anything? Easy! Anticipation. They want BIG ratings next week.
