I get a little laughter about discussions about the existence of "God" when I get what buddhism is teaching - what christians percieve as "God" is just a personification of the Universe. However, my default position on something I can't comprehend is not that a god/spirit/etc is the culprit. @Saeritha Faith cannot be backed up by truth or a fact, and you cannot establish the validity of a higher power by the principles of reasoning. Only by your feelings, your heart, etc.
Therefore, God may be real to you, but you cannot prove He exists. I cannot disprove he exists, but it's not up to me to prove He doesn't exist because I don't have the burden of evidence upon myself.

Also, us being here is not proof of God's existence. Also, us being here is not proof of God's existence. Proof that we are here can only conclude one thing: that an egg was fertilised by a sperm cell and we were carried long enough until able to survive outside of the womb.
