With so many poor and utterly helpless people (human beings) in this world, it seems almost absurd that we're always worried about the latest & greatest luxury items. I doubt that if we worked together as a human race, we wouldn't be able to solve all these problems. Sure, we may be stuck for another year on the Iphone 3, or hold out on that new Mercedes for a year, but the whole world COULD be a better place.
