Ya it's so sad i can't stand seeing homeless peole it just breaks my heart cuz I live in Michigan and I saw a mom with her son who looked like he was 10 and her son was missing a leg I just started to cry.... I wish this world could be homeless free cuz it's heartbreaking

No matter what the reason is for a person ending up in this condition, they still deserve LOVE, COMPASSION, and MERCY ..so if you see a homeless person and you have any thing in your pocket to spare give it to them even if they dont ask you for anything who are we to judge anybody

Lots of these people are so locked into their addictions, they will never change...even if that means living on the streets. I find it hard to believe that more people cannot see this for what it is, addicts clinging to their drug of choice. Do people not see that for the most part, if a non-addicted person becomes homeless it will be temporary......year over year....I think not.

There r a lot of shelter in Detroit. DRMM Detroit Rescue Mission, Judah Transitional & Recovery Houses, Rescue Mission Genesis II, Covenant House Michigan ,COTS ,Open Door Rescue Mission Ministries ,Eastside Emergency Center. This is just some of them and the question is why is he sleep under bridge I work for homeless shelter in ATLANTA GA, AND UNITE WAY HAS PROGRAM WERE THEY GO IN TOWN WITH BUSES AND GET PEOPLE OFF STREET , BRIDGE AND HALF OF THEM DON'T WANT GO WITH UNITE WAY

We have much different view on what is lazy and what is not. Life on the streets is not a piece of cake. I am struggling but I am not lazy. I just choose not to work a job that has no point. Iam an artist and a musician. If I end up homeless atleast I'm not working at some shitty teenage job.

Anyone who refuses a homeless person's request for money should go straight to jail. Why aren't the police arresting people who ignore these homeless people's pleadings? We're all human beings on this planet. Some of us have more than others, this is true. But something must be done. Maybe more laws or something that would mandate people to give to the homeless.

I know this sounds bad but a friend of mine and me hit one with a car and at first I felt bad, but that guys life doesnt equate with my life so i didnt try to help him because i will do things positive with my life and be a good person while he would support drug dealers and murder people.
