Think how much cost was involved in the construction of each space shuttle. Then figure in the cost of inflation over the years. Their is a fiscal reason for shutting it down when you look at the budget for NASA and the age of the shuttles.

Man made spacecrafts and bases on other planets? Think about the science, time, effort, manpower, and resources it would take to build bases on completly hospitable planets. What benefit would we get from having some a secret base on mars in this reality?

Its a travesty that the shuttle prog was wound up with no replacement. I'm in on the anti grav thing only if it makes the same bibbling noise as the Jetsons craft. As for the LHC, It's a huge machine (the biggest machine humanity has built(correct me if i'm wrong)), but the bit where all the shit happens is very small. So if the Anunnaki pop out of it we could just stamp on them like ants. Anyway, I thought they were all riding on Nirbiru....
