I have met several people who have met Mr Gilmour and they have all described him as the most down-to-rearth, temperamentally affable bloke you could meett. A family man, humanitarian, gentleman and musician, multi-millionnaire, philanthropist, excellent bloke!

I was at this amaizing performnce in Miami 1994 and as Floyd fan since 11yo,I can tell you,this is something you don't ever forget and cherish that you were part of something extraordinary like this. Been in 14th row,right at front was priceless.

To sad for world of music this can't be repeated ever again.

Wish the Concert was Available on DVD in it's Unedited Version (The 1994 TV Broadcast). I have heard the Bootleg from the Concert and found out that Sorrow and One Of These Days also had been Cutted and of course this Great Song too.

No. Echoes is Far, Far. Far better. This is still an amazing song though. Echoes is quite possibly the greatest song ever, with only songs like Tarkus and Epitaph rivaling it.

14 years later and I still cannot believe I turned down tickets to the show in Denver, CO in the summer of '94, instead choosing to hang with friends and listen from a balcony a few miles from the stadium. Somebody should have smacked me.

I would download the programs VDownloader and AoA Audio Extractor from google. VDownloader will allow you to save this video to your computer, and the audio extractor will rip the audio from the saved file and save it as an MP3. The sound quality won't be that great, but it works.

What is the original source of this clip. Its not from the bbc's original footage as there is a few new cam angles i have not seen before. Better edited then the dvd and bbc footage, Which i have from the beebs original 20th october 1994 broadcast.

this is the original footage before it was edited for the pulse vhs. It was shown on ppv back in 1994. So this was from the show without any alterations. Its my fav version, the extra bit of solo is wonderful, such a shame it was cut out. Gilmour was absolutely on fire here
