  • Wow those are great images!

  • Great videos all of them. And by the way what is the filter system you are using is called?

  • @advabhijeetjoshi he uses a lee filter system

  • i hope i could learn ..and develop my own style..thank you for vid.

  • What was the purpose of point out the use of the filter that was similar to an ND but split in half? Just trying to understand. Thanks for all the great tips so far.

  • I purchased karl's DVD set last year, their absolutely amazing!

  • Awesome!!

  • Just bought the three DVD series... wish me luck!!! ;)

  • awesome!

  • Its the photoshop that makes it look superb..

  • Asian brides so sexy **busizz4me.info**

  • that" mean"s dslr"s camera and lens of canon or nikon isn"t pro ?

  • Cool video. I'm just learning myself, I've found a lot of helpful tips at thephotographyclinic (.) com

  • i have questions, you said: They only really have a problem with it if you are going to sell the photos if you are a professional.............

how they can find out i"m pro or amator as torist and can get picutures.?

  • @sharagim1 pro's usually have 4k dollar cameras and 12k lenses :P

  • @cookiepwnsU

But I keep hearing in these vids that you can take these pics with a basic SLR

  • @simply2ghetto you can. i was saying pro's are easy to spot since they lug around gear a hobbyist wouldn't dare dream about owning

  • The peice of glass or filter that you put on the front of your lens throughout this, what is that called and where would i find one, thankyou.

  • @sprocketrsvr They're known as Graduated Neutral Density filters ("grads") look for brands like Lee, Tiffen or Roscoe. Probably just as important is the filter holder, one that allows rotation helps allot.

  • what filters and filter holder do you use, tell me if you can please.

  • @punkdpoison I am almost certain that Karl uses Lee holder and filters.

  • awesome video ;D by the way, what equipment did you use? what are the important things needed?

  • what I like about you is that you study each photo before you catch it and this what makes your shoots awesome

    simply you are wow

  • Awesome pictures

  • "You Dont TAKE a Photograph, You Make It"

  • Does it matter what kind of camera you have? I have digital not like one of them professional ones, can digital's still take great pictures?

  • hi thanks so much for this vid - your pics are stunning!

just a quick question. what filters would you recommend? i am just about to buy a circular polarising filter, but can i replicate ND in photoshop?

  • Damn Awesome

  • I love your tutorials, they're clear and visual and straight to the point.

Love your techniques, I really feel like I am learning from these.

    Thank you!

  • Man, you are a master! I love the enthusiasm U put into your vids.. Great material to learn from.

  • What do you call the paper thing that you put on your lens? are this pictures possible for point and shoots?

  • Those are not paper. They are graduated ND (neutral density) filters. They are transparent at the bottom half so that you can balance the exposure between bright sky and the foreground. With a point and shoot, you don't have much control in exposure and you cannot have the effect of wide angle lenses.

  • Your videos are exceptional! thanks!

  • I love your tutorials, you really give a lovely perspective.

  • These were great shots, but could you ssllooww down a bit, and explain more about what you are doing, so learners could perhaps pick up more tips.

    thanks

  • Great video. How did you manage to use a tripod at all those places in Paris? Most places in Paris don't allow tripods. Please let me know since I will be there soon.

  • Most places don't mind you using your tripod, some of the really touristy areas are packed with people using tripods, however a few of the places needed permits. These were normally the privately owned or commercial areas. They only really have a problem with it if you are going to sell the photos if you are a professional. If you are going there as a tourist and the photos are for personal use then they generally don't mind.

  • @GreatPhotographyTips Love your videos and have taken some seascape shots recently myself but it was very windy and the problems i had were keeping the tripod steady and spray from the sea off my lens. Any advise?. Think i need a stronger tripod and not shoot when its so windy?

  • @GreatPhotographyTips

hello. And where can i have these permits?
