Thank you so much for doing this! The Musee D'Orsey is one of my favorite places on earth. I've been twice but sure wish I could see it again. Seeing the actual pieces makes you realize that no print ever comes close. You have to see them in person. It should be on everyone's bucket list! Songsmirth
Thanks to you Deborah. I´ve never been there. France are my nearest neighbour, but I think next summer will be posibly my first trip to Paris, so D´Orsey will be an obligated visit. I´m sure there is a lot museums and interesting places to visit there and I´ll enjoy it very much. Thanks for the recommendation am sorry for my bad English.
@BurnVillage Good for you Burn! People always think there will be time later but if you can do it, then do it! Make time for the street musicians. They are the best. I go to one major tourist attraction a day and then just let myself wander down the back streets. Hard to get lost but I always carry a good map. Also, some will be rude but just shrug them off. Lot's are just hesitant but if you show yourself friendly, they will be too. Young people at youth hostels talk and will help. G luck!
@Songsmirth yeah, some French people tend to be a little bit rude, but then I remember tha I´m Spanish and open mind people, and forget all plainness. Anyway, I´m going to visit Paris with some friends that is no their first time like me and they know many places even French language. I can´t wait until the summer season. If you come to Spain you must visit The Prado museum, many people say it´s the best painting museum in the world. I´m going to visit it soon for a Renoir exhibition.
I only chose my favourite scenes and I thought which music could fit with them. So, I chose the music. Anyway, thanks to BBC for not to punish anyone vid of this serie.
@BurnVillage Yes, you are right. Nowadays people are lucky when their videos are not pulled down. Maybe the BBC has a better attitude than the major music-companies.
i love these kind of movies they r so heart warming to watch i watch them with my little girls twins and they also love to sit and watch such things its a grat time to spend with them thank u for up loading this movie foe all who enjoy
Richard Armitage should be found to be a UK national treasure in my opinion the man is a work of art--men shouldn't be that good looking its a crime of nature
Last night in New York City area this movie was on public television. Unfortunately, it started at 1 am and ended at around 4 am. Couldn't stay awake. Too bad. Movie is a delight.
What I mean is that there is clearly an actual movie with dialogue and acting. Not just some random shots of the artist painting the supposed painting and then they show the actual painting. So, what I would like to know is, is there a full movie?
oh wow!!! i loved the music and the clips! RA's eyes are gorgeous, aren't they? this was great! i never realized that the painters all knew each other.
