  • Can't we all just get along...

  • that's cuz yo mac old

  • That guy failed when he decided to compare Vista to a mac, maybe XP, but nothing will beat the power of OS X

  • FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

IM CRYING PLEASE STOP ANY FUCKING OPPERATIING SYSTEM GETS VIRUSES AND YOU CAN GET VIRUS PROTECTION FOR $2 A MONTH FUCK YOU MAC FUCK APPLE HAS PEOPLE DUMBFUCKED OUT OF THINKING LOGGICLY BECAUSE THEY TELL YOU, YOU BELIVE WHY TELL ME WHY THE FUCK YOU BELIVE THERES NO FACTS PC= BUYING COMPUTER PERSONALIZED YOU GET VIRUSES IF YOU DONT GET PROTECTION PC IS FOR SMART PEOPLE MAC IS FOR DUMBFUCKS

  • did you make all the music with garageband? sounds cool!

  • mac is just the BEST!!!!

  • I prefer Windows, but this person he's replying to is a giant douche. He's trying to argue PC's are better and using stupid arguments.

In reality, nowadays there is no better OS, it comes down to personal choice.

  • @BensoftMedia haha. gentoo.

  • This is a great video!

  • @astrak1001 yea but I'm sayin without hacked software it won't work

  • This Video Speaks The Truth

  • @MrKevinhacker Mac os dosent work on a Pc

  • @hardwirecars if you think microcrap windows 7 doesn't freeze or do a blue screen then get lost because it did it 12 times to me the past 3 months it even 100% crashed once that's why i'm switching to mac.

  • That was pretty fast considering this is from 07 and you were recording.

  • I have 3 macs and they all run way better than my new windows 7 PC and the Macs never freeze or crash..unlike the PC...Macs are virtually better no matter what.

  • @isildur4ofdeath yeah really funny, why dont you go back to sucking steve jobs's cock

  • @TrElLoS4U not precisely

  • lose some weight fatass

  • What a mac can do that a PC can't: Last over 10 years and still work well (no glitching or crashing)!!!

  • @TheMagicCape1 pc's can easily do that

  • @cookiepwnsU okay, let's just say that both the macbook air and compaq pc's are mostly crap that will fail later on. Deal? :P

(I used to have a good windows XP media center edition PC)

  • @TheMagicCape1 ofc they are. in reality, everything but a custom built linux machine is crap. lol

  • @cookiepwnsU Rly? I've never used linux. Can I run it through virtualbox on my mac?

  • starting at 7:30, he did that while a movie was playing, and recording/rendering what he sees into a file, with no lag. My PC just can't do that. This man who is talking obviously doesn't know how to handle a computer.

  • @Rifalltoo "starting at 7:30, he did that while a movie was playing, and recording/rendering what he sees into a file, with no lag. My PC just can't do that. This man who is talking obviously doesn't know how to handle a computer."

So? I can set Fraps to record a real-time video of me playing Crysis on high settings and get no lag either, and Crysis is FAR more demanding than any hardware-accelerated video playback. This has so much more to do with the hardware limitations than the platform.

  • my brothers macbooks hdd crashed twice and he payed for the repair both times, the people in the mac stores installed already burnt ram into his laptop, which he both paid for and paid to fix. his screen broke, his modem broke, he went from 2g of ram down to 512mb from ram failure (which he can't get replaced anymore). his screen broke, he's now using a tv, his speakers and keyboard broke and he's got more viruses than avg's entire database. he paid $900 for it new, just 5 years ago.

  • @j377yb33n Wow, that Mac was in the wrong hands.

    User Error.

  • Wanna have the background music!

  • WOW this is the most epic you-tube pwn I've ever seen, amazing job millenium12!

  • I was about to try and defend this guy's (mouldywhatshisface's) argument after seeing the first segement. I held on posting until I saw the rest of the video and came to the conclusion his arguments are WEAK. For a video titled "What can a Mac do that a PC can't" he picks up on some very minor elements... Jeez....

Though he does have a point with the aero "peek" feature. Which is a little more complex than just a ski- oh... 2007.... He actually meant the skin.... *Facepalm*

  • Exposé is so excellent...

  • The only time freezing has been an issue is back when I ran System 7.5. Never before, never after.

  • @vegasguy1237 it doesn't mean that the hole computer is jammed and it doesnt mean that something is jamming. sometimes it mean that its LOADING

  • @vegasguy1237 the spinny rainbow doesn't mean that the mac is jamming. it is LOADING

  • @vegasguy1237 Ummm yeah I've had the spinny rainbow but that just means its loading, like the hourglass on Windows. If you knew anything about Macs you'd know that. I use Logic Studio Pro on a daily basis for music production, I use Final Cut and CS4 as well and never had a single crash or freeze up.

  • @caboose1289 Well, yeah, but I don't want to wait 20 minutes for it to "load." I use a Mac almost every day. Note that I never put down the operating system, I just lowered it to less-than-godly. :P

  • @vegasguy1237 You don't have to wait for 20 minutes for it to load, it very rarely does it and when it does its just for a few seconds. Compared to Windows, OS X is "godly".

  • Nice music! :-)

  • Windows Xp... in fact... comes with viruses

  • @Sergioterol

    False. Bloatware, **maybe**.

  • I see that stupid fat fuck's account has been suspended. Good, I've never seen a bigger moron.

  • Mac ftw , at-least they're not photocopiers like those idiots at Redmond !

  • the Terminal transparency compared to Aero was a little weak. you can only do transparency stuff like that in Terminal. And it doesn't blur it like aero does, bur mac does have foggy glass effects in drop-down menus and stuff, its just much more elegant and simple and discrete than aero glass.

  • Photoshop isn't a game.

  • @muffins2020 what is your point?

  • A mac, dell,HP,gateway, and all those computer manufacture companies will give you an empty wallet. Custom built PC's FTW

  • @Kossrifle Well you can run Windows on a Mac...so you have access to all the Mac software + the majority of PC software. So in reality you can perhaps do MORE with a Mac? Anyhoo only a very small percentage of software available today is actually any good.

  • @254kenneth Games - yes. Aero - no we have OSX which is better. Hardware diversity...well yes and no, they have a diverse line up of products but not to the point that it introduces any negative issues. Trying to make an OS work on a infinite number of hardware configurations is always going to cause problems, its one of the main reason Windows falls over.

  • @254kenneth yer still recon macs are better, well they just work, iv hvae used a pc my whole life 2 years ago swoped to mac, would never go back :) worth the extra money

  • Since 1988: Macintosh Performa 575, iMac (2000), Macbook (06)....

    MBP 15", 2.66G, 4 GB ram, FCP 6

    :)

  • maybe the photoshop software is corrupt?

  • There are tons of things that PCs can do and that macs can't

  • @botkicks a Mac can do anything that a PC can... If you run windows... but anyway tell me one thing that you cant run on mac

  • @yabanize So called games, stop making love to mac and buy a PC ty

  • @yabanize I'm not going to buy a mac to run windows. You can run macintosh on pc's with hackintosh ^^!!

  • i have mac + windows 7 = great

  • lol you should have put the Made on A Mac logo from iWeb at the end :)

  • How did you make the music?

  • I use both OSes. They each have advantages and disadvantages. Moldytoastervideo was being pretty retarded though. Lol, Flip3D looks neat at first but has almost no actual usability.

re: Losedows 7 machine, if your computer is getting 3+ bluescreens sounds like that's the fault of the hardware rather than Windows.

  • I dont like the flip 3d because it's too hard to use (for me)

  • I like how the fat douche MoldytoasterVideo can't even pronounce Aero. He pronounces it air-ee-oh.

  • i just built a hackintosh running 10.6.2 and i love it. i got the ilife package free and it is great too. i love iphoto and imovie. after building a hackintosh i have learned that it is pretty easy to make a mac do and run whatever you want it to.

  • YO ! Mac for life

  • I like the music man. It's nice to hear that your using garage band to highlight your talents. Keep up the good work.

  • for all those people who still think even the new macs freeze, ive had my eMac for over 4 years and it doesnt freeze. ive been on a 2 month old windows and it froze.

  • @youtheotube2 Who cares. You didn't invent it. You're just a consumer.

  • @inricheetos

    So are you.

  • Ive been on the same window Vista 64bit for 2 years now (sleeping it every night not even turning it off but every once in a while to update itself) and i have not had one Freeze, not one failure to work, nothing

  • @youtheotube2

Definitely. My MBP has had in its so far 2&1/2 year lifespan: One kernel panic.

My Losedows 7 Machine? I've had it less than a month and already three bluescreens and counting.

  • @youtheotube2 its not just windows, its also because ur pc has dust inside, when ur pc has dust it will always freeze.

  • @youtheotube2 it depends on the hardware and what your running not really the OS.

  • @Mayhem108

    ^^ this.

  • @youtheotube2 my windows froze when i booted up -_- when i try to edit a movie it totaly fails, i can use mac osx with garageband realy intensive for hours without freezing for a split second, im realy in now for mac, altough the hardware is fucking expensive or the windows hardware is just fucking cheap. lolz

  • @youtheotube2 "a windows" ? What the fuck is "a windows"? nuff sed

  • @nakedvolleyball dude you are full of shit if your thinking windows is better then mac. then you suck even harder. mac owns windows in everypossible way, the only thing that bothers me is the price of hardware.

  • @bramnokia really...when was the last time you ran dvd fab on a mac with no issues to back up your owned dvd's or blu rays? as of at least yesterday my macpro that I bought 8 months ago CAN'T the OSX operating system no matter what tricks i try REFUSES to allow it to be installed. and the stock dvd ripping software for osx doesn't copy copywritten movies. So that's at least ONE thing that Windows CAN do without problems and mac not. however I LOVE the overall experience with a mac. cheers.

  • @bramnokia yeah thats why nasa use windows based programs everyday and they never use macs as they suck cock

  • @chainsawcharlieguy like 95% of the supercomputers of the world use LINUX, a big % of the webservers use... LINUX!!, LHC computer use.... yeah... LINUX!!... A lot of 3d movies like shrek was made with.... LINUX!!. Windows is for games, Mac is for fags, Linux is for serious things. Also, Linux is getting more and more popular in the desktop, so, waith maybe 10 years or 15, and Linux will be your system, and all this stupid fight will be part of the past.

  • @chainsawcharlieguy of course not admitting the fact that you are bias. Pilots use iPads, most of your favorite movies are made and rendered on macs. Most magazines you so love is made on macs. Now, tell me, which of these do you spend the most time on? Yep, your a macocrite.

  • @euchanels they use ipads? lmfao you sad delusional retard, most favorite movies are made on macs? lmfao i suppose your retarded media studies tutor told you that did he/she. Listen mac fanboy i have worked for the last 9 years in the adult film industry here in the UK at Pumpkin adult film studios in the editing section of the industry and i have never used a mac for editing i use avid as it is far superior to any crap brought out by apple.

  • @youtheotube2 proabably because its a "e"Mac and not an iMac LMAO

  • @youtheotube2 yeah me too i have my macbook since 2007 and haven't expirienced any freezes.

  • @youtheotube2 How Good was the PC

  • point proven my friend!

  • so when u run a game the mac owns even tho it does not have the system requirments for the chip ? really in that case ill get mself a 10 year old mac and run modern warfare 2 or maybe nfs shift...

  • don't listen to him...macs are for graphics processing...they don't concentrate on games but.....people gotta stop seeing mac and pc as rivals...the're 2 different things!!!!!!1 you should watch the interview with jobs and gates and you will understad...not only you but all the people who see apple and microsoft as rivals

  • wait u jus said mac is better than pc on a much older version compared to a new os of windows and then look down on me for making a comparison myself?

  • i didn't say shit....if u don't understand what i'm sayin it means you're a 5 yo kid. i said that mac's and pc's can't be compared....

  • i am so sorry..... when did ur brain die?

a comparison is a contrast between two or more things or groups....... guess ur 5 after u did a comparison and now ur angry cuz u dont no u did. again so sorry

  • yeah so you're sayin' you CAN compare cars and bikes????

never mind....i ain't got no time to loose with ya

  • hahaha

  • no but a 3 year old mac would.... and with onlive gaming any computer with a good internet connection can play any game in full graphics....

  • ok then explain why when i had an old comp i couldnt even play cod properly until i updated my graphics card and guess what it had a net connection.... ass

    ________________________________

never fight with an idiot they will drag you down to there level and beat you at there own game.

  • But OnLive is not the real thing because of the latency.

  • @bigman364569 dude... thats like saying i own a ferrari and a toyota but the toyota runs faster -_-

  • @gjerlev1 more like sayn i own a rover with a broken engien and 3 burst tires and on the other wheel there is no wheel and a f1 and the rover runs faster

  • Thats because Windows are just saving so much crap in the registry and stuff so freaking anoying, I use both Mac and Windows :|

  • what a nice music ???

    what its name?

  • Since 1998 I've owned 4 Macs and 3 PC's. Guess what? The Macs are still running beautiful. The PC's? In the garbage.

  • @SpookyVid So why do you own 4 macs? They get out of date to fast.

  • I bought my first mac in 1999. It's not so much the macs that are 'out of date' as the software makers who push the envelope with new bells and whistles and therefore bump up the demands of all computer manufacturers, Apple included. (Which is a good thing for progress- bad for our wallets unfortunately.) Regardless- all of my Macs are still running perfectly with the software that is compatible with them. Again, my PC from the 1999 was in the garbage by 2001.

  • @SpookyVid i still run my packard bell msdos when im feelin' nostalgic. its only what... 17 years old? nothin' like 56k and 16bits of color, then i snap out of it and go for a bike ride.

  • Don't know what you've done to those PC's... I've had a prebuilt Packard Bell(!) since early 2004, still running smooth.

  • @SpookyVid LINUXLINUXLINUXLINUX

  • @SpookyVid You owned 4 Macs? Man I could buy my self a server here in europe with 64 GB of RAM with the money from 4 Macs. You know why? Because mas are the most expensive piece of hardware I have ever seen. So until you cut down prices I will keep on living with my 8 GB of RAM computer with Intel i5 processor and 1 GB graphics card that is 4 times better then a Mac (4 Mac's) and 3 times cheeper then a Mac (3 PC's)

  • @tatarualexandru I assume you haven't seen much hardware then. There not aimed at you anyway, there aimed at higher end so you go on using your computer's. I don't see Mac's as expensive, I see low end Dell's and HP as mega cheap. So cheap in fact I wonder what they do to get it that cheap? I think it's the fact that the computer parts are sourced from all sorts of unknown factories, and hardly any real care has been put into making it.

  • @SpookyVid for F sake thats cos u had THREE pc's and 4 mac's cos u knew ONE wpould still work.why didnt u make it equal like 3 macs and pc's and 4 mac's and pc's. ull miss the windows features like paint.

  • @MultiYippee

    Paint? THATS your best attempt?

    do everyone a favor.

drag your microshit cursor to the taskbar, right click shiternet explorer, close all windows, press start type cmd press enter

    type flushdns and press enter

  • @MultiYippee Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. LOL Paint! Wake up, it's 2010!!!

  • @SpookyVid Windows didnt make computers then!!! Windows is a software company!!! so what you mean ,your old computer is in the garbage??

  • Comment removed

  • @SpookyVid what do you mean in the garbage it can become 50 billion times faster :P and i can build a pc for 800 bucks that will do laps around any mace on the market im nto saying macs suck well actualy i kidna am but im sure id liek the os if i tried it i jsut down want to spend fk tusn of moeny on something i may or may not like

  • @Si3z3 One of the big Mac selling point is that when you buy one. it last you as long a a computer should...unlike pc's which die after a year or so..or require newer expensive parts jst to run well..

  • @peterkizz mmm not true ive ahd my pc for aroudn 4 years and its still in tip top shape but macs are ok they arnt bad but... i ahte the fact you cant interchange parts without voiding your warranty... besides all macs look the same unless you pay extra for a custom skin... and they are realy expensive for realy old components.

  • @Si3z3

no need to interchange parts. runs like a dream forever. and so what if they all look the same. i buy things based on performance not looks. and im shocked to read that your pc has lasted you 4 years. you must take extraordinary care of it. cheers

  • @peterkizz lol.. i dont take good care of my pc ive spilt soda on almost everything because my case has steal mesh on the top... lol but my power supply will auto cut power if it detects liquid. but eventually a mac will become obsolete with PC's the idea is is that once a new component comes out you don't have to buy a new pc you just purchase the replacement then exchange the parts... like right now i just got a faster processor the i7 my pc now has extraordinary power.

  • @SpookyVid My parents' old Mac from 1989 worked fine until earlier this year

  • lol MoldyToaster just got pwned xD

  • what the hell was that guy talking about?

I've had 4 pc laptops before i bought a macbook pro...

I was seriously amazed by the fact that my mac almost never freezes.

  • ROFL pwnd.

  • XP SP2 WITHOUT(!) viruses? Well, that's just freakin' dandy!

  • Maybe that guy dropped a cup of water over the Mac computer he used, i dont see any other reason why it should frezze.

  • No.after he poured water on it he put it in the freezer there u go.

  • @jn777 Exactly, I've had my MacBook Pro for over 3 years and it hasn't crashed or frozen once.

  • @caboose1289 Mine had its hard drive crash and its display would radiate blue lines across the screen. They had to replace the keyboard, the display and the hard drive in only 6 months. My old $500 PC from years back is still working fine... I guess people just have different experiences. Personally based on mine I'm not looking to buy a new mac anytime soon.

  • @caboose1289 I've had my macbook pro 15.4 inch brand spanking new since june of last year. Frozen plenty of times, locks up a plenty and doesn't respond. All I have on here are Cubase 4, Garageband, Ableton live 8, and Reason 4. These are all professional level music production softwares for OSX. To boot I've had tons of problems computer side working with my professional level sound card also designed for mac via cubase.

I've had almost as many problems on OSX than on XP.

  • @caboose1289 I'm not talking shit about macs, I'm just saying that macs aren't perfect either, and really aren't THAT much better. This is coming from someone who went full Apple conversion and has spent a lot of money on their computers. This doesn't stop me from recommending a macbook over a similarly priced windows based machine though.

  • "Name someone with vista or XP SP2 whose gotten a virus." Me you douche! i had to reformat my friggin hard drive. cant wait to get a mac

  • haha lawl

  • me 3 times :(

  • got pwnd

  • Wow - You owned him

    I love macs xD

  • It seems a problem between the chair and the computer

  • he said macs freeze

  • ... And we had all that long before in mac than in pc... Except the dictionary that has been around for some centuries.

  • Is that so? Is that why Steve Jobs stole the Xerox Alto GUI for Mac? Hmmm.

  • Steve Jobs HIRED the guys who invented the Xerox Alto GUI, hired the whole fucking team, and then he gave each of them $1M of non-voting shares. At Xerox no one noticed how important the GUI was, so they deserved their unsuccess.

Bill Gates was hired by Apple as well, he saw the source code of the original Mac OS X, he used it for Windows.

I don't wanna hear this Xerox crap again, so stop bullshitting.

  • Wrong, Xerox sued Apple for having a GUI just like theirs for the Xerox Alto.

    Apple= Thief

Microsoft= Stole from the thief above

    Xerox= Got stolen from

Steve Jobs didn't make anything special, in fact after he saw the Alto he changed the entire production of the Macintosh since it was already in the workings before his tour of Xerox PARC

  • You're giving Xerox too much credit. All that was invented at PARC is was what we call WIMP (Windows Icons Menus Pointers). Apple took that concept and added all the widgets that we still use today: Checkboxes, radio buttons, popup-menus, and many more.

Plus Xerox had no intention to release a product using their research, because the Alto flopped. Would you rather have no GUI at all with Xerox still sitting on their half-baked IP?

  • Alto was never meant to be sold, it was meant to show off the mouse and GUI. It was not for sale to the general public in anyway, but I'm sure they would have let anyone have it for its $10K price tag.

  • A company of mongoloids like Xerox who doesnt recognize the value of the GUI after 5 years of development doesnt deserve any kind of success.

  • You dumbass, do you realize what technology has come out of Xerox PARC that you still use today? The GUI was STILL in development by Xerox, so Steve Jobs only saw the early stages of it. Xerox PARC is only for technological research, not for marketable gain.

    You fail.

  • and windows vista GUI and most functionalities were taken from....? If you are planing to point your finger on failures, be sure not to have the same failures.

  • There are videos on YT that say otherwise. Mac users can't point fingers at MS/Vista; MS just stole from the thief known as APPLE.

Before you accuse people of pointing fingers at failures, know the history.

  • Because inYT you can find the history ?? Go read some new stuff out there. Talk to me again whenever you have some individual thoughts. Or whenever you'll start using a real PC UNIX powered.

  • Ha ha ha, that's funny. Yea, limme tell you. All the alien and ghost videos on YT are real too, especially the ones that preach on about who really invented the "computer." I already have a machine that runs a unix variant, UBUNTU!

    Another comment fail from you.

  • And Apple got their GUI and functions from...?

  • from the same origin that Ubuntu.

I'm neithger against pc nor macs, I'm against windows.

    I run on BSD.

  • i don't want to sound like a noob, but what is BSD??? :P

  • FreeBSD or others are versions of 'Nix ... or Unix.

  • Apple got their GUI from Xerox, it was not their original creation.

    Thumbs up =)

  • Um if you're talking about the original Mac OS from 1984 yes then from Xerox. If you're talking about Mac OS X well that was from NeXT Computing ... which was founded, created and OWNED by Steve Jobs! Purchased by Apple Computer Inc (1998-2000) when other partnerships failed to come up with something as powerful: IBM, BeOS, etc.

  • I was talking about original Mac.

Only reason why Jobs got back into Apple was because he sold NeXt to them in exchange.

  • Tsk tsk, fanboys cannot accept history I guess?

  • FreeBSD

  • And Windows got GUI from....?

  • i'm looking for tonight's movie.. what that film at the end?:)

  • winfag status = told

  • LOVE THE MUSIC!! 5/5

  • Mac are the best!

I really like the music actually. It sounds great!

Also very good video -- you leave no doubt that you are right and provide the evidence. Great work! And thanks that you have taken your time to explain some idiots around that Mac are actually better than their gaming-rig-with-vista-shit (otherwise I would have to do it :P).

  • dude upgrade to leopard, or snow leopard u wont have any problems

  • lol and thats is tiger, leopard is even better

  • with more crashes and problems than tiger, i don't think so

  • flip 3d? so what you are saying is in order mac os x to be better than windows it have to have the same applications?this is Microsoft s strategy not Apples man!

  • great work flow.

  • uhh ... last time i checked ... that was apples FIRST phone .......

  • Pcs are for people who enjoy being in the stone age!

get a life, get a mac!

  • Nice work!

  • and remixes

  • do yo have the really expensive version of photoshop or the £100 version

  • Dude.... Photoshop is only that cheap when you upgrade from a previous version.

  • Great Job!

  • I use a mac, not a fanboy by any means, just wanted less of a hassle and so far i've got my moneys worth.

Adobe applications are by no means mac exclusive so the whole video is a sham. He probably ran this off a mac pro which normally has dual processors and you can stick a lot of ram in them. My guess is that he spent tons of money on this machine. They aren't cheap to begin with.

  • nope you're wrong :) - was done on a White iMac using only 2g of ram, but well - i mentioned it somewhere in my other videos ;)

  • I can work with Photoshop like this on my MacBook 2,1 with 2,16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1 gig of ram and 64MB shared memory on Intel GMA 950... I haven't seen a somewhat modern Mac which can't do this...

Now, running Photoshop CS4 on my old Power Macintosh 5500 Executives would be hard though...

  • I ran photoshop on my Celeron 366mhz with 192mb ram and 4mb ATI Rage graphics.

Doesnt take much to run photoshop...
