I think i remember reading somewhere, That when you get too around 30 years old or so, Your appetite naturally suppresses itself, So hopefully that should be a help to you! But don`t use that as an excuse! All i do is walk for around 30 mins a day! etc.. although that sort of slack routine will only just about maintain weight! If you do wont to lose weight, speak to a doctor or get a book on it from a library, go jogging! or a skipping rope! Just don`t waste money on diet pills!!

they work as long as you eat well and do some form of activity a few times a week. I mean, they aren't a miracle but the best i've tried. I use a bleach called kaelidacolors, it's violet. There are many horrible pills but there are a few that are good. I'm trying out one called NV. It's slow but it does what it says. :) Its the one that helps hair and nails grow while lossing the weight. I lost ten pounds in a month as well as my hair and nails look great. My hair grew four inches and my nails have grown a cm. I usually check out reviews on stuff before buying. There are pills that do change chemicals of the body too fast thus that crappy feeling.

i have two diffrent kinds of them pills, get the 1's that say "lose 5 lb's in 3 days" they really work. . BUT YOU HAVE to eat the things it tells u to. . i know u kinda dont like to eat... but its really healthy things, and it really works :) try it n tell me when happens :)

Calling the Mental Health Office is a MASSIVE step forward! Well done huni :) You are right about moving; you are settled where you are now and leaving would aggrevate your anxiety. Hoodia does make you feel insane for the first few days tehe - I hope they work for you :)
