@MrColdShoot That depends on where and how you want to drive with your car. If you want to go on a racetrack and has a stronger engine (because the original is defective), we must improve the suspension and drivetrain. But I would always buy another Inferno, KYOSHO-Products are very robust and makes a lot of fun!

@JacobMorrell Wow, so many questions! :-) I use different brands of lipos, in this video i use ZIPPY Flightmax 5000mAh 30C, they are very good for the price! The conversion kit is from castle creations (for MP777) but i had to made my own battery tray for this lipos. In Switzerland you can have it for 125.- CHF

I use orion li-po or hpi plazma li-po around £40 each (you need 2 for 1/8 offroad)

The conversion kit i used was the new kyosho one ( £100)

I use the mamba monster (2200kv) (£280)

And for that power you need to replace the outer diff gears with hardened ones (£90)

My kyosho inferno ST us sports 2 does about 80-100mph (no joke!) on 2 11.1v li-pos and 16T pinion gear

do you know or anyone if the fusion exceed ultra 7.5 would have enough power for the inferno us st truggy or would the mamba be the best choice

I don't know this ESC/Motor-Combo, but the rpm/v are to high (Exceed 7.5 = 3100/V, Mamba = 2200/V), maybe its good for a Touringcar but not for a Offroadmonster!
