The problem is that we have no reverence, not enough fear in our god-hating culture today. Where does Scripture say that we should stop fearing God when we are saved? It does not. If you read the entire book of Hebrews or the entire Old Testament you'll see that we are to fear the Lord. Especially his holiness because we are sinners.

It's important for men to fellowship with men, because men deal with different things. It's also can be a dangerous thing for a man and a woman to fellowship together, because it could lead to intimacy. I'm not saying that it is an absolute, but it's important to spend a large chunk of fellowship with those of the same sex. Not making provision for the flesh.
To make it an absolute not to fellowship at ALL with the opposite sex is kind of over the top, but the principle is good.

As much as the fundamental Christians restrict God in the way that they claim the Bible to be only literally interpreted, this man, though he does not realize it, breaks through this fallacious prison that men made in many cases and finds the true, spiritual gold within and pours it without. Though I'd be called a Heretic by him, I fully agree with the message he is giving out. We have the mandate to live the plan of world, but our selves must give way to the Will of God.
Whether you are a Christian or not, and I am by no means a fundamental biblical baptist, etc., you have to at least think about the message, if you search yourself, if it resonates with you. Call it God, call it something greater than you, all men have striving within themselves for something greater and eternal, and without it, many tend to feel empty. The Gospel is the "Good News". we are ALL called to love our neighbors as ourselves. If you really believe that your neighbor will die and go to hell without Christ then you will tell them about Christ. You do not have to be an vangalist preacher to do that. Yes your life should be lived as a gospel sermon and after you feed the hungry you will tell them about Christ---if you love them.
The gospel is not synomonous with evangelism its three fold feed the poor love the BRETHREN evangelize. God has ordained His means and methods and all His elect will be saved.Loving my neighbor does not mean to save them,it could but it is not the srict definition.The good news is feeding the poor etc it is not equal to evangelism exclusive.Love is dis creet and wise evangelizing your "neighbor " is the man on the road wouded needing food shelter etcYou went from evangelize all to love all?

The problem is that we have no reverence, not enough fear in our god-hating culture today. Where does Scripture say that we should stop fearing God when we are saved? It does not. If you read the entire book of Hebrews or the entire Old Testament you'll see that we are to fear the Lord. Especially his holiness because we are sinners.

It's important for men to fellowship with men, because men deal with different things. It's also can be a dangerous thing for a man and a woman to fellowship together, because it could lead to intimacy. I'm not saying that it is an absolute, but it's important to spend a large chunk of fellowship with those of the same sex. Not making provision for the flesh.
To make it an absolute not to fellowship at ALL with the opposite sex is kind of over the top, but the principle is good.

And also Genesis 3, where the first fall from grace occurred. Yet God sent His only Son to be a holy sacrifice for us, to atone for our sins. If you are not convicted of sin right now, that you have trespassed against a Holy God, that you are in desperate need of a Savior, and that you cannot save yourself, I urge you to reassess your life.

My pastor told me not too long ago that we not only worship God to give Him glory but to also remind us that we need Him. Thats very important here. He knows He is great and worthy of our praise. I also dislike how today's preachers preach the wrong twisted word. Guys like Todd Bentley. Raising dead, singing from theirselves, preaching the wrong word. This is an annointed message. Paul speaks about us being conformed to the image of Jesus. One thing you must ask yourself is this: who do you say Jesus is? If we don't even know the real fear of God, and what the Holy spirit is like, how can we even express a desire to become like Jesus? They claim that something can come from nothing, that there can be an effect without a cause. They do not recognize the Bible that first proclaimed the universe as created out of nothing which is in full concordance with big bang cosmology. Science confirms EVERYTHING God has told us, there are many interesting things in the book of job about dinosaurs,freshwater springs at the bottom of the ocean,wind being caused by the sun, the earth being a sphere and floating on nothing etc.

You can go on and judge, that's your own free will to do so, but you will be judged in the same ways you are judged. I'm not condoning Atheism, but I can't condone Christians with a stereotypical holier-than-thou attitude. Belief and faith can only get you so far and it's obviously you still have a long way to go. I think you need as much prayer as an Atheist, unfortunately.

There are NO CONTRADICTIONS between Theology and Science. Science deals with the HOW where Theology deals with the WHY, they are supplementary not contradictory my Friend.. Look at the precision and structure in a human body, the Earth, & then see what you need to. Peace

As much as the fundamental Christians restrict God in the way that they claim the Bible to be only literally interpreted, this man, though he does not realize it, breaks through this fallacious prison that men made in many cases and finds the true, spiritual gold within and pours it without. Though I'd be called a Heretic by him, I fully agree with the message he is giving out. We have the mandate to live the plan of world, but our selves must give way to the Will of God.

Whether you are a Christian or not, and I am by no means a fundamental biblical baptist, etc., you have to at least think about the message, if you search yourself, if it resonates with you. Call it God, call it something greater than you, all men have striving within themselves for something greater and eternal, and without it, many tend to feel empty. He is articulating this need and shows a very clear way out, for Christians and others, if you think about it.

@MichalPtacnik YES, he is making humans regenerate themselves into new creatures before God. But to end a sermon with "cast to Hell" for forsaking God is UNACCEPTABLE.
Why? Simply because most humans through the ages FAILED to be "obedient" to God. They may need many more lives to finally be obedient.
THE urgency to MAKE IT in one life is REALLY making Christianity so PRESSURED. Isn't Paul seeing this problem when he said "Most Christians are not near God..."

@ILDEVOS Amen to that. :) God is NOT God of anxiety or of threats and fear. He would NEVER deliberately cast anyone to any unhappiness whatsoever, let alone Hell. Hell is the result of our (at first) voluntary separation from God; the Grace is the effect the Truth of God has on us when we call upon it and try to live it and let it destroy our wicked personality and "build a new heaven and earth" in it's place; our very consciousness changes by this Grace and we return to the original state.

The gospel is not synomonous to evangelism it is also feeding the poor and love for the brethren. Not all are called to be verbal evangelist. All are not called to the same works. Eph2:10 There is no work I will miss.Not everyone is zealous for the same good work neither is capability the same for zealous works.Washer forgets as well as yourself believers are not middle class Americans but mentally ill,invalid.sick and their zeal is virtuous not outward works.Works do not come before devotion

The Gospel is the "Good News". we are ALL called to love our neighbors as ourselves. If you really believe that your neighbor will die and go to hell without Christ then you will tell them about Christ. You do not have to be an vangalist preacher to do that. Yes your life should be lived as a gospel sermon and after you feed the hungry you will tell them about Christ---if you love them.
