  • MAYBE HE MET A WHITE,ENGLISH SPEAKING, ILLEGAL MEXICAN GIRL AND HE CHANGED HIS MIND,AND HE THOUGHT.." MAYBE WE ARE ALL THE SAME AFTER ALL,,"RACIST"

  • Ignorant

  • jalu my friend is filipino last name villapa and he has family members that are illigal cus they come with visas to usa or canada and over stay.so this issue is agains mexicans cus aperently every brown skin is mexican and thats profiling and equals to racism.so tel me what about indians my co worker was picked up by ice.this is racism unless tha facts back up what they acused the illigals but evrthingh has showen to be bias.

  • I am a filipino american, am married to a naturalized citizen, and the product of a naturalized mother and citizen father and I oppose amnesty for illegal immigration. Living in San Diego County I have met many people, regardless of race/ethnicity, who stand on different sides of this issue, even within the same political parties are there differences of opinion. One thing we can all agree with is that there is a problem.

  • alot of people are 'anti illegal immigration' that arent racist. However when you 'look at a person and think of them as an illegal alien'...you are racist.

Lets not let this man get away with justifying this as 'mob rule' or getting caught up in the moment. That is for the dance floor.

Even this supposed confession is full of racial quips. The issue actually brought up what his feelings were before he got involved.

He just needed a way to vent them in public.

  • This does not the question: What would happen if we had totally open borders and open citizenship to the hundreds of millions of people all over the world that would like to move here. It would obviously be a total disaster for all U.S. citizens of all races. Allowing people to totally disregard all laws and regulations about immigrating into this country will not help the problem of racism.

  • NO open boarders...legalize current illegals so they can contribute...deport the dangerous ones...build the fence and secure the boarders a little better....harsh punishment for hiring new illegals...a lot of

now-taxable income for medicare and unemployment tax...get driving license fees, more automobiles bought, more airport income...more jobs because of more profits for these business...illegals lose the advantage of lower wage when trying to get employed... :D

    what do u guys think?

  • aznheat13, The problem is that the people who are hiring illegal immigrants don't want them to be legalized because then these workers would have rights and demand higher pay. If they are legalized the illegal employers will just bring in more illegals. In the last Amnesty for illegals there were promises to seal the border, but those were just empty words to keep the whole corrupt system going.

  • calm, your right, that is the problem...the boarder and the corrupt system is the problem not the amnesty itself...people are learning the wrong lesson from our past...we didn't secure the boarder, the thing that will prevent most immigration and their employers, the corrupted businesses that exploit their desperation, i hope an amnesty will come soon and when it does the boarder and employment persecution must be a priority

    :D

  • Thanks for posting your reflections ...

  • What the hell is Robb talking about? Immigrants??? This isn't about immigrants. It's about illegal alien INVADERS, and those opposing them.

  • all the negatvie comments done here are sponsored by racist bigots..thank you

  • No, you've got it ass-backwards. Only racists who hate "gringo law" are racists. Those posting negative comments against those expecting to be shown favoritism by letting them disregard the law, while expecting everyone else to obey the law, are upholders of justice. No doubt TzzX73 is one of the racists with no respect for our country, its people, and its laws. Go home!

  • @TheresaAlways you idiot american law is not written on stone. its not infalible, it has tis flaws jsut like any other human created laws. you are a blind idiot. even steve wonder could see this one coming, you are a complete moron, just because you are american makes you perfect you narcizist monger.

  • I flagged this video for misleading text. It's NOT an immigration issue. It has nothing to do with immigration. It is about law and order, and criminals who commit crimes by entering our country illegally.

  • why dont you flag your mother.

  • Mi gay amigo Jose "converted" Robb. In another video you can see Jose and Robb holding hands and exchanging feelies. :)~

  • Roberto, did Jose convert Robb? LOL!!!

My own opinion is that Robb is LYING about ever before being anything other than the illegal-ass-kissing wimp he presents himself to be. Politically-correct activism is what's slowly destroying our once-great country.

No wonder a-holes like Robb elected an illegal alien with a fake birth certificate, who refused to release his college records showing him as a foreign national, to be president.

  • Heh, heh. This guy started to feel guilty about being called a racist. He started to question his own identity. He started thinking he WAS a racist!!! He caved in. WE ARE WINNING!! KEEP IT UP!!! Can we get amnesty? SI SE PUEDE!!! VIVA LA RAZA!!!

  • haha nice try white boy

  • Having experience the other side, someone who is regularly asked "where are you from" - the insidious way to question my citizenship, he hits the nail right on the head. The last time I was asked this question it was by a coworker whom I had known for over 5 years. Considering that my grandfather was born here, I find such questions deeply offensive. Considering that my father, my sister and myself served in the military, it is a slap in the face. This issue is an excuse for racism.

  • So in a nutshell, because Robb Pearson feels or thinks a certain way then everyone else does too. Imagine that, a blogger with an ego.

Guess what Robb? I live in a state that has lots of Cubans, legal residents, immigrants, first and multigenerational Americans. I don't look at every probably-latino person and think "ILLEGAL!". Just because you got all wrapped up in your bullshit, then and now, doesn't add validity to your new stereotype. You're projecting.

  • yup yup

  • God bless you mister for speaking the truth

  • Amen

  • u r so blind mister, so bc someone undocumented does something bad, that means all undocumented ppl r bad? THey come to this country juz like the 1st every immigrants in America did (the Brits!): to seek a better life!!! Try to see w/the eyes of love and dont let the hate consume u (u hear this at ur church every SUnday).

  • This videos subject is just plain boring...ZZZZZZZzzzzzzz. If he couldn't use the personal pronoun "I", he wouldn't have anything to say. Uninteresting dull.

  • The sign of true wisdom is the ability to connect your own life experience to anothers. Mr. Pearson you are on the path to wisdom and spiritual growth. At the end we are all just people and the labels that we place on ourselves and others have no bearing on the true content of our characters. Thank you for making me feel a bit better about the world today.

  • I disagree with two things said in this clip: 1) Brother, illegal aliens have plenty of recourse. Our nation doesn't enforce its laws and looks the other way at every opportunity with them. They can sue, report crimes, obtain counsel (religious and legal) and easily find well-meaning people who feel obligated to lend assistance; 2) The folks who blur the distinction between "illegal alien" and "Hispanic" are mostly pro-amnesty Latinos. They constantly refer to the issue in racial terms.

  • You forgot to mention the people who assume that Hispanics are illegal just because they work for a living.

  • I probably left them out because I can't remember ever meeting someone who fell inside the boundaries of that description.

  • Look in the mirror, ass hole.

  • Wow. Profanity mixed in with accusations of bigotry coming from an illegal alien sympathizer, how original. You may be on to something, Ralph. Hey spread the word of this strategy along to your colleagues. This could turn out to be a winner!

  • If the shoe fits wear it. You know and I know that you determine legal status by appearance.

  • Actually, what I know is that lots of people who support an amnesty for criminals who are unlawfully present in this country, often offer up feeble accusations of racism aimed at people with whom they disagree, in place of a substantive argument they can't produce.

  • There it is. Claiming to have been accused of racism when I didn't even mention race.

The objection that I am making is not about your objection to illegal aliens. That's a valid concern. Illegal aliens are illegal. I mean come on. It is perfectly understandable for people to object to illegal behavior.

But that's not what 9500 Liberty is about. Check out the first video of the man in the red hat. It's about people like you who make assumptions based on appearances. out of apace

  • That's what I object to. That's what I find disgusting. When people approach a group of Hispanics and assume that they're illegal.

If you want to be against illegal aliens, then that's fine. Other people have other opinions.

But WHEN YOU ASSUME THAT SOMEONE IS ENGAGED IN ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR BASED ON THEIR APPEARANCE, THEN THAT'S WRONG

  • I'm not arguing about illegal immigration here. Illegal aliens are illegal, and you have a perfectly legitimate reason to object to it.

What I disagree with is someone assuming that a human being is illegal based on their appearance.

  • It's my contention that their legal status can't be determined by their appearance.

  • Bravo: an admission that he assumes legal status based on appearance.

  • I have now explained it to you twice and yet you're still chirping on about the same thing. Consequently, I assume you either don't get it or don't want to get it. Therefore, I'll wish you well, Ralph, and advise you to happily walk by all garment factories and construction sites you may pass in major cities, with a big smile on your face, because God knows, no one has any reason to suspect people working there are illegal aliens either ... unless, of course, they're stereotyping all Latinos.

  • It's one thing to "suspect" that someone might be an illegal alien. It is quite another to assume that they are and stand in the street and protest.

YOU either don't get it or don't want to get it.

  • your contention sounds like hitlers

  • how the hell would you know? do you ask them ....has there been data collected by researchers on home depot day workers....for all you they could be here as resident aleins....unless you have solid evidence it is YOU that takes the leap of faith ....

agian the statement arises....what proof do YOU have that they are worng?

Again you just rely on your sight and hateful hearted assumptions.

  • There HAVE been data collected by researchers on day laborers. The research found that many of them are in fact legal immigrants.

  • not only so there is video of a documentary of an enemy of these people who is struck by a vehicle and then this mans life is saved by the immigrants....

we need to get everyone back to work, the economys engine running on all eight cylinders and start helping the rest of the world and get our act together.

    thanks

  • Pearson is mentally weak and unable to tell the difference between the correct public policy and his one inner daemons. Whatever problems he has, allowing foreign governments to send people here in order to make money is definitely not good public policy and it has huge costs, financial and non-financial.

And, for those who trust anything 9500 Liberty tells you, see this:

    peekURL com/zoijieg (add a dot)

Note also that supporting massive immigration serves Google's corporate interests.

  • Regardless of what this bloke has to say, Washington has to simply increase funding and manpower for the Border Patrol and properly enforce the laws that are already on the books. If the Border Patrol wasnt undermanned and hampered from doing their proper job border security would not be in this mess it is in the first place!

  • Yes, ALIPAC1. You uncovered our devious plot. David Marlett and I planned this all along. The plan was to hold a rally in NJ, and then A FULL YEAR LATER I would move to PA, reverse course on the illegal immigration issue, and then get interviewed by a production company in Virginia. David, meanwhile, would end up filming a movie in Argentina about the sport of polo (which he is in fact doing).

All in the hopes of bringing down the "immigration enforcement movement."

    How ridiculous.

  • You are not capable of bringing down the movement. Yes, opposition groups do this kind of thing regularly. Your goal was to do what you are doing now from the beginning. You and Marlett were in cahoots with the Open Borders crowd from the get go. We busted your boy Dave working behind the scenes to sabotage other rallies and events and documented him working with La Raza. Tell your handlers to send better actors next time please.

  • ALIPAC1 makes a great point. I'm going to use it in the future. This is an example pure ad hominem argument.

ALIPAC1 just completely ignores the content of Robb Pearson's interview. He/she doesn't even address one of Pearson's points. Just ignores it completely, and then insults him with the "no backbone" comment.

If I had a nickel for every time an anti-immigration fanatic did that, I'd be able to reimburse all of Madoff's victims.

  • Sorry to expose you're little lie, Vivid Fraud. Next time, just repeat someone else's propaganda instead of making up your own. It's safer that way. Hint: there are entire websites devoted to anti-immigrant hate. Just cut and paste like all the others.

  • Kudos to you Robb for questioning your beliefs and confronting the hate they had created in you. I hope others do the same.

  • Thank you. Though I'd say it wasn't "hate" that I'd embraced. It was ignorance. We all get caught off guard every now and then, but this was rather extreme. The best word, I think, to describe it would be "seduction".

  • vivid, was there any news reporting? if so, post a link and i'll certainly apologize.

  • And to think I thought that this issue hardened hearts to the point that no one on the anti-side would change. Bravo, Mr. Pearson, for getting to the root of the matter and having a change of heart. It's a hard thing to change your beliefs so radically, and I congratulate you for the deep soul searching you did.

  • Thank you. I certainly appreciate the kind words.

  • Every anti-immigrant activist should watch this.

  • I expect you are lying about your story and have much more banal reasons for your hatred, Mr. Vivid.

But even if someone with dark skin harmed someone you love, it does not give you license to hate all people with dark skin.

Same goes if the culprit was left handed.

Same goes if he was dyslexic.

Same goes if he was undocumented.

But admit it, you made that up, didn't you. It's a sophomoric attempt at propaganda.

  • Jim, did you even watch this video before showing off your memorization of anti-immigrant idiot talking points?

You do realize everything they told you is false, and no one famous is going to lie to you now that the 2008 election is over. All your lies will have to come from FAIR now.

  • Speaking of lies, you mean the anti-"illegal immigrant" talking points, right? Please stop attempting to blur the distinction. Actually, don't stop; I've changed my mind. It is such transparent spin control that you'd be doing border security advocates a favor by actually speaking honestly for once.
