Members of Montreal's black community marched through the downtown core Saturday, prompted by the recent murder of an 18-year-old.

They want the violence within their own community to stop.

18-year-old Gordon Netsa was killed after being abducted from the corner of Ste. Catherine and Guy earlier this month, while Andrew Hunte was gunned down outside Concordia University. Young teenage blacks are calling for an end to the violence, and want the community to stop protecting murderers.
