WAOO, this a old game, but Warlock is one of the worst final boss of a capcom game, it's very difficult! Besides it would be nice that capcom remake this game.
I doubt he's any worse than Magneto was in CotA. I've only done it a few times, and all were done with Psylocke by spamming with psy-shot and that jump up move when he'd fly into the air.

Never thought that Warlock would use his Energy Drain twice in a round. That was cheap of him.
But for us human players, that move's hard to pull off on a keyboard.

This game was ported to the Sega Saturn in 1997, but like the majority of the best Saturn games, it was only released in Japan.
