If you use Besan then you won't get perfact texture like this recipe. Some people make this Khamani out of steamed Khaman. That also comes out nice. I will try to show if possible
i really like ur videos..the way u explain everything looks so easy..thanks...i have one request can u show us how to freeze ginger garlic paste ..cuz whenever i do that it changes the color so pls show us how can u freeze them..cuz i noticed ur using ginger garlic and chilies almost in evry recepie and they look so fresh..pls help me out..thanks
I definitely love to make video but at this time, in shor, I grind and make paste and add sufficient amount of salt. I add enough salt that sometimes I don't have to add salt while i am cooking. But this days I add less b/c I need to show in video how much salt recipe needs. But you can add more salt to it and freeze them. Only take out small amount for daily use and keep into refrigerator. Any more question, feel free to ask
