Yeah. I asked about this problem on the apple forum and solution is to use a charger with sufficient earthing system.

@VladSheiko, i use the charger that they provided when i bought the phone :S how does that work lol
@o0OIDaveIO0o From factory i have a dock connector with BS 1363 that is not acceptable in Ukraine and that's why i don't know how works the original one.
