@MikeyHere97 For some, It depends on what you put in your body. And some people have it a little better. But I hear lots of people say that when you eat and drink better you have more clear skin. If someone has a problem with their skin, I actually recommend NOT drinking any more soda's/pop's or coffee.I wouldn't even recommend drinking store bought apple/orange juice, because they tend to add things to them. It may sound boring to drink nothing by water but in the long run you will feel better
