I cannot think of anything more fun than that. ( I do only think about it , only have brass balls not balls of frikkin' steel) but hey, in the comfort of my own home I can dream of big balls right? well , err you know what I mean.
because we jump out with all of our equipment which can weight some times around 70 pounds. i probaly imagine weighig down the suit making it useless. 2nd we do a jump called HAHO or HALO haho is when you jump out in very high altitude deploying your suit right away which makes you glide far a far distance which is then like the wing suit

I wonder how long before they make this so they can actually land it without a shute. if they increased the arm and legs you would think it could be feasable land it.
does anyone have any more information? I'm looking in terms of lateral distance. Like can you fly for miles? Or does it depend on how high up you are to get that nice 38-45 angle agaisnt the wind? I would like to know like approx how far you could possibly travel if you jumped from say 14K feet up?

A typical base rig mfg wont sell to you unless you have at least 150 skydives. And about the same for safe wing suit flying. AT 13,000 FEET! BASE jumping @ 3000 ft with wing suit, in Kjerag in Lysefjorden is radical!
this gotta be somewhere in norway? looks like it.. but didn't know they did this kinda insane sport here.. those guys sounded norwegian to.. am i right?

wow, i am glad i am not freakin old, omg this is crazy. I bet whoever made da suit got it from batman the beginning, kinda looks like it too and if they come up with the unique suit, they should have em all whoever you wanted to be, haha imagine..

Too much drop for the amount of forward movement. I wonder if bigger wings could work.
transdrole 2 years ago
lol ur crazy....that forward movement is insane
eag1991 2 years ago 4
they tend to get a lift:drag ratio of 2:1, so for every 1 foot they drop they go 2 feet forward
b34rh34d 2 years ago
what would the ratio have to be to land it?
Abbershay 2 years ago
duno but i think for a landing, speed would be more important than angle and the suits don't give enough air resistance for slow them that much
b34rh34d 2 years ago
3:1
