@patiscool123 They changed the angle the first person registers when shooting downward over cover. They changed it because the first person had some perspective advantages over the third person point of view. Although I feel it was a good call to change this, they overdid it. Now the first person point of view is kind of crappy when shooting downward over cover.
why would anyone use the iron sights from that close anyway? just saying
