i'm not trying to be rude or mean... but this really isn't sign language... it's interpretive dance using your hands... those who know the history and are fluent in sign don't really appreciate it when someone calls what they are doing "sign language" when it really isn't. it's also deceiving. i'm just trying to help you understand the other side of the argument.

Well mate, I'm sorry if you're offended by this, but I don't understand why you're so offended.

First of all, I had no voice for two months and I still wanted to do a video, that's why I came up with this idea. Not to make fun of anyone.

Secondly, my inspiration was a theater act of a guy doing an awesome job on Natalie Imbruglia's Torn. I just translated it to a different song.

So why is this offensive? Just because it's a silly attempt on sign language or what?

Well, the title used to say "sign language". After I changed that to "mime", I didn't get any complaints anymore. So I guess that was the problem.
