My warrior does the same thing. The parking brake sticks on if i use it and does disengage all the way. so i unplug it. i never use it to start my machine and u dont need it unless u park on steep hills.

Ya u can get rid of the parking brake all togather with a kit because tht ends up screwin u in the ass so i just got rid of it and bought a new clutch leaver for about $10 but i dont rember how much i paid for the parking break kit.

PARKING BREAK TIPS:you push the button on the clutch, then pull the clutch in and then lock the parking break... you dumbass, lol
