38/6 = $6.33 for each eye shadow. That's more than half off. So if you don't have that pallet already and you like the colors, get it! You'll save so much money!

38/3 = $12.67. So while the shadows will still be less than normal, it won't be by much and they're are all ready colors available in those shades, 3 of them exact. If you have those shades already, don't get it.

As a student I may not have much money but since I like Mac and the only other makeup available to me is drugstore, which I have alot of as well, I go without and save up to buy it. I would just like to say that the regular holiday set MAC brushes are super-soft. They obviously cannot be the exact same quality as regular MAC brushes, but they're still very good quality. I wouldn't want someone who can't afford the regular brushes to be discouraged from trying the holiday sets.
