The new stuff simply does not work. NU Metal carries no mystery or fascination. No unknown band could possibly break ground with this music.

there's only 2 songs on the album like this. Guns have done some relatively metal songs like Coma before.
most of Chinese Democracy is composed of softer, melodic songs.
check out the album and you'll see for yourself. there are 14 songs. dont make up your mind on the basis of just 2 or 3.

I Would Much prefer it if Axl wouldnt hang on to the guns n roses name and form a new band and change the name, the original guns are guns'n'roses this isnt guns'n'roses this is axl with some new members

i think the new guns n roses band are original and will contrabute a great album into modern music, something i thing velvet revolver did'nt do, i really like velvet revolver but there music could have been made in the 80's all the same as today. but this song is definetly a new fresh sound pushing music forward, well done great song.
