  • Good stuff Mark, spread the word!

  • Someone(below,,,datzfast) is depleted in glycogen(carbs) and/or is constipated by meat rotting in his colon. I won't use bad language back at him; I'll go on my happy way eating a High Fruit Low Fat diet. (I'm thin and strong)

Can Mark do superman pushups Like Banana-Boss Dr Doug Graham? Fruit is the predominant food of our history. Cavemen HAD to eat meat to survive during the ice-age. Humans THRIVE in the tropics eating their natural primate diet.

  • @Gary1111001 Look at Doug Graham in his candida video and tell me that he looks like a healthy man. Ur so brainwashed man, we havent been living on fruit for millions of years and when we did, we were like monkeys. And do u actually believe that eating 6000 cals of fruit everyday is normal? Come on man, thats just crazy. And alot of vegans are constipated because of too many fibers and too little fat. I got rid of constipation since Ive been eating only cooked meat and some butter.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop correct: 6000 cals is not normal. I get 2000 (so does the author of 80-10-10) Dr Graham spent most of his life eating badly and had many health probs; still has some. Mark doesn't look great either.

PS - we ARE like monkeys.....more like bonobos

  • @Gary1111001 Glad to hear that u see things the way they are so I can communicate with u because ur rational unlike mr durianrider. To comment on ur last remark about we are like monkeys I see it this way: in the beginning we WERE like monkeys (so this explains some resemblence between humans and monkeys), but then we started eating cooked meat and our intestines got smaller and there was more energy left for development of the brain and we evolved to where we are now.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop Why is it you care how I eat? I've been high-fruit vegan for 18 years. I'm not looking for an alternative.

u called me brainwashed, but I'm looking to nature(past and present). You're reading books that look at a small, unnaturul time in human history(in northern climates)

I believe its hard for the body to get energy from meat. Meat is for surviving during famine. Fruit is the most eficient food, what nature/God designed.

  • why r u cooking? Humans don't cook fruit.. because we're naturally disigned for it.

    We're still primates.

  • @Gary1111001 I dont care how u eat Gary, I do not even know u and I hope u that u just feel good on whatever u eating. Ive tried every single thing (mostly to get rid off my candida) and I have experienced that this diet has healed me. Based upon own experiences I say that it is likely that the theory about human evolution (primate/fruit to human/cooked meat) is right. We became human because of cooking, it differs us from other animals. Why else did we evolve to smarter creatures?

  • @Gary1111001 When we started eating grains and dairy and other processed foods we started to get sicker and sicker. Hence the reason why people like u and I are searching for true health. Ive done fruitarian for 8 months and I felt better in the beginning because I was off cooked food, but I wasnt vital and detoxing either. Since I adopted eating just cooked meat (with the addition from some extra coconutfat/butter) I feel amazing and am detoxing more and more. This is my experience my friend.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop Ofc I didnt mean that I felt better being off cooked food, but that I was off processed food and gluten and lactose. U probably understand.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop When someone says they feel amazing on butter and cooked meat, I ask: Have u been doing it less than a year? How young are you?

Some people do fine on junk. But we know that some have problems with meat and butter. Fruit never caused problems.

  • @Gary1111001 And saying that fruit never caused problems is the biggest lie ever. Just take a look at 30BAD and everyone is experiencing problems (bad teeth, libido, hair loss, depression, losing their appetite). B12 comes from the soil right? Lol.

Ex vegans like Raw Brahs and girl from RawRadiantHealth turned back to animal foods and felt better almost instantly, and they were advocates of raw food. U will run into problems if u havent already. Especially without supplements.

  • @ImaRiseToThaTop Interesting u say that. Because of our discussion, I went to a paleo forum and, sure enough, it was similar to 30bad: struggling with the diet and having problems.

Your post reminds me of a polititian: twisting things to dcive the listener. Like so many paleo's u just want to think meat is great; don't want know I'm doing fine. So I will wrap up this discussion with this

    continued....

  • @Gary1111001 RawRadiantHealth felt fine already. By using her illogical episode against veganism, u show you either didn't read the comments to those vids; didn't see the video - B12 deficiency explained, or you're just anti-vegan.

It was also sad to see how paleo's took Tim Van Ordan's issue and twisted it to make Raw-veganism look bad when in reality it helped. But it could be an honest mistake, since they probably wouldn't know the full story.

    B12 comes from bacteria

    out

  • @Gary1111001 Yea, discussion is over. Good luck with raw veganism.

  • Paul Chek and Mark Sisson, jedi masters of health!

  • But the public ISN"T following the USDA. They're eating junk, REFINED carbs and mixing fat and carbs(nature doesn't combine them. Whole grains aren't giving China the diseases of USA.

Most of whats bad about grain is true for meat. Especially that we have not adapted to it. We still have the digestive tract of a primate frugivore.

"Our cells are comprised of saturated fat" ...because we are animals. Animals make it, but eating in one meal what took the animal months to produce = too much.

  • @Gary1111001 whole grains are making the number one health issue in china diabetes just google it and shut the fuck up

  • watch?v=1Wc9kmsM3rE&feature=feedu

Anyone who places any kind of credibility on this guy - should watch this video.

  • @RawTris ... that video made me believe Mark Sisson even more ^^

  • Mark Sisson has got the right idea. If you want to find out what is good for the human body, you must frame your guidelines with reference to human evolution. What has gone so wrong with the mountain of diet books out there is that they divorce their ideas from human evolution, and thus they tend to get things wrong frequently.

  • @chidori406 do some research buddy
