Taiwanese people pronounce mandarin more like it is in the Pinyin whereas Mainland Chinese roll their tongues a LOT more and also their pronunciations of tones deviate a lot more from the written pinyin. No matter where it came from, it's still an accent.

well i think the translation sucks, this is not disney cartoon, 'coz in mainland, the dubbing supervisor ZHANG Yun-ming or taiwan's WANG CHING-ping can totaly control it better, sadly, it produced by dreanworks and dubbed by Ezenhall(pinyin:YI YAN TANG which is one of biggeest dubbong agency in taiwan), they should concern the lyric translation more, dreamworks should make a putonghua version. hehe. if someone is intersted in the chinese lyric, post me i'll help u.

The official accent is Pekingese Mandarin.
