I suppose i'll never know, but i hope he is happy behind the songs that he sings, coz he makes me happy when i listen to them, it makes me think that not everybody tries to cover everything or sweep it under the carpet, he understands and isn't afraid to point thoese things out.

i assure you...those are not tears...sure he writes these depressing masterpieces...but if you've ever see him live...he does a great job of masking his real feelings w/ great jokes and stories
I am pretty sure he is crying cause he made the entire O album for his Fiance and then right before tour she broke it off OH and yeah his fiance was his bassist so he had to sing the songs he wrote FOR her when she was 15 feet away and she wasn't even talking to him at the time.
and what's wrong if he was crying?

Maybe there's a little bit of dust in his eye from the path that she made when she said her goodbyes....
Or maybe he's not weeping because she won't be there to hold his hand... for your information there's an inflammation in his tear gland....
Or maybe he's been cutting onions to make a lasagna... for one.....
