You are amazing, i love how you show people to acheive goals in there own home. with tools that dont take up alot of room. You also show a competitive nature to inspire motivation through pushing past people own stamina. Your very attractive and this ties in beautifully with the easy nature of watching and listening to you!
My hat's off to you. Your dedication shows. Fantastic work. I am just getting in to using kettlebells and have a lot to learn. Thanks for leading the way.
Hi! You've inspired me to up my game! Most of all, i love your attitude--you just do it, no complaints :) I'll have to add this to my routine, thanks so much! Also, where can i get that edible alarm?
you recon 16kg is a good weight to start with? for a guy . cant wait to swing those things around , shud i start with 1 kettle bell or go straight for 2
@mattpulham It really depends on your strength and level of fitness. For goblet squats and dumbbell swings 35 lbs is what I use. For T-push ups and renegade rows I use 20lbs. Keep in mind there are 3 circuits. Pacing yourself is extremely important to get through it all until you get used to it. If money is an issue I would recommend getting a couple pairs of hex dumbbells and just one 16kg kettlebell for now. When I 1st started the Spartacus circuit I had to readjust my weights a few times.
I can't wait to try this workout. I don't have 16kg kettlebells so I'm just gonna use my two 15lb ones. Wish me luck in actually finishing it. Looks brutal!
Your body is such perfection! I'm so jealous!

Yeah 16kg should be fine, if you're already training with weights. Probably one for now is enough, unless you get a good price for 2 :)
