  • hey, how can i work up to doing the full flag??

    i've been working with an ab wheel doing roll outs from knees, which i will then do from a standing position when i can, and then work on flags, you got any tips though?

  • Flag when your upper back on the bench or flag when your hands are on the vertical bar?
