Those one legged squat kicks at 3:00 are a lot harder than you make them look. Geeze! I haven't tried those strange back and forth chinups, yet. Yikes!
i've been working with an ab wheel doing roll outs from knees, which i will then do from a standing position when i can, and then work on flags, you got any tips though?
hey i bin weight training for a long time now and i use my wieghts at home but as i get stronger its geting harder to get a gd work out do u think this type of training is better

You're going to hurt your back, overextending on your hyperextensions.
