its a cold world out there. without my pride i would, too disrespect that form of government. but i am loyal to my people, and my country. unlike most Americans. my dad served and he is honest. he said he didnt approve of the way they worked out but he got a wife, and kids and he was happy. and you american people seem to criticize it all and complain about all the great things you get. i apologize for any disrespect i may have given, i just get serious with these things.
i come from ukraine, and i was born right after it gained independence. my dad said the same, that communism is better for the poor and needy. but countries like england and americaa are too greedy to become communist
communism is better? Like USSR right? Like when your religion is almost killed, and instead they had this "personality cult"? Obey Lenin/Stalin, they are your god? Like when Stalin killed all talented military commanders because they knew how he got the power? And these who weren't killed were thrown in jails? And then backed up during WWII, to win the war and then to be thrown in jail again? When people thought that life is good because they didn't know the life outside?
The London riot clearly shows the British government's failure to address the current social decline which was created by large corporations using cheap foreign labor to gain huge profits and neglecting the local citizens with fair income to cope with the rising cost of living. Anarchy rules when there's no more hope for those who have grown tired of being pushed around to extinction. Only by understanding the root cause of the problem will reduce tensions between both sides.
Problem with socialism good sir is that the Soviet Union tried it, and as far as I know the only really effective and lasting thing they ever built were weapons.
@nemisissy What you say is true. However, let me say one thing:
For the past 2 years I lived in Azerbaijan, a country, once ruled by the U.S.S.R. In 1991 they gained their independance, and even today some of the elderly people say it was better in the U.S.S.R.. This is because then everybody had a job, and at least some food on their table. In a pure democracy you are not guaranteed anything. Therefore, for the very poorest in the country, a socialist system may be bettter than a democracy!
'The Communists disdain to conceal their views and aims. They openly declare that their ends can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions. Let the ruling classes tremble at a Communistic revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. They have a world to win.
