if you got 15 bucks on a paypal, go to newgameway(DOT)com and you can pay them to make you an account, they email you the info to login and there is a guide on how to change login info so they cant give it to someone else. the guide is on dbmmo.com or just google it. this method is easier than gettin a koreans ssn
