Wow man, awesome car! I'll be looking for my first car soon, and I really like this one. Do you think it's considered good "first car material?" My #1 choice right now is a 2006 Chevy Cobalt LS, but I bet that'll change soon. Also, what kinda mileage does it get?
well i still got a while to go before i can even get close to affording a Fiero, so i'm not going to get yours.. especially since it's in such nice condition, way too expensive. but do send me a message when you put it up on eBay.
Fieros are affordable. I bought my '86 GT for $850 dollars and it is a daily driver. I've owned 4 and the most I've ever paid for a Fiero is $2,000.
If you're looking for good gas mileage, the V6 Fiero is NOT the car to get. They get poor gas mileage even with a manual. Rated is 18-ish city, 24-27 hwy.
I wouldn't use a Fiero as a daily driver unless you have another car (or another Fiero like me). You HAVE to be mechanically inclined to own one 'cause a lot of shops won't work on them.
@mooseinabox5 The more ideal model is the 1988 fiero if your looking to buy one because it is safer and MUCH better mechanically. The 88 fiero was ALMOST my first car but I ended up getting a 1997 VW Passat (love it). BTW, the fiero drives like a hockey puck in the snow, not safe for winter. Regardles, the Pontiac Fiero is my ALL TIME favorite car! Good luck for your car shopping!
I imagine it sold. Hopefully to a collector to sit along side one of the 1000 Solstice GXP coupes.
