@LuckyStarAlice13 Man, it happened the same to me! I didn't even know the existance of anime until I fell in love with Card Captor Sakura. I also felt bad when I found it out, because the channel that broadcasted it was not available in my new region and when it could be available, the channel vanished. In latin america it became a curse in the last decade: any channel with cool non-chopped anime was destined to lose it's interesting content and/or vanish.

@ReiHinoRocks Yeah! When I found out about Sailor Moon from a friend of mine, I saw the Japanese version first and I liked it. Then I found some of the english episodes and it was just AWFUL. Usagi is very annoying in the english dub. And they made Sailor Uranus and Neptune "cousins" even though they were lesbians! And you know what's even worse? They left out the last Sailor Moon arc! And I consider the last arc (Sailor Stars) to be the best one.

@ReiHinoRocks I know! That's what I told my friend when she was over one day. Sailor Moon WASN'T a kid's show. It may seem like it, but it wasn't. Dubbers screw up a lot of good animes. I can't think of any except Naruto. But they sometimes make the animes even better in english, like Soul Eater or Death Note. And this made me even madder when I heard this: the fineale to the orginal arc was a two part episode. The dubbers cut out so much that when they were done it was one episode!

This is the first Japanese song I heard as a kid, in a Japanese anime.... Then years later I coincidentally watched another anime and since I was a bit older I discovered the world of animes... Now at the age of 19, I can still say I'm an Otaku who loves animes and even dramas... Sooo nostalgic ^__^
