I'm having a problem getting my phone to vibrate and the led light to flash. I had lost my tone but I took the battery out and reset it. I think when I added some mp3 on the phone it messed everything up. My settings are set for there to be tone and vibrate and flashing lights but it won't do it all. Do you know what the problem may be. I'd hate to go back to sprint so they can figure it out for me. I feel like such an idiot! lol
