I've been told that when u make a fist and hang your arm down by your side that should be the height

Would one want the face of the anvil to be about waist height?

It seems like a couple inches above elbow height would be ideal, but I dont know exactly.

I recently heard someone say that the anvil height should be at about where your knucles are when your arm hangs to your side.
