@pds0303 after some wiki, i think its about 1.01 US ounces. so pretty much the same. but im used to measuring oz in food, and the silver is a lot denser, so its a very very small ounce.

@deepspacenein Just whatever strain is in Guinness! Beer bread rises because of the gases in the beer, which are caused by the yeast. I'm not actually sure if there is actually any live yeast, i suppose there could be some if it survived the beer making/bottling process.

@mtefft right, it almost was for me too. but most other sites wont even let you buy anything unless you spend several thousand dollars. and, even though there is a 3% fee, the monarch prices are the best i have seen
