  • Super upload and really good to watch thanks. Makes me sad though to think of all of these fit young men dying like pins in a game of bowling.

  • It's because us and the British only lost 11 men. I can't remember if any Canadians in the Forlorn Hope were killed. Here's the 194 years of peace as well!

  • The battle inside the French Castle was intense that evening!!!!

  • 49th regiment of foots now part of the rifles.

  • badass

  • napoleonics in north america...my favorite war!...thankyou canada for 194 years of peace and quiet!/milwaukee

  • @bladensburg1814 Ha,, that's a good comment,, rarely seen on here. No two other counties in the world with a 3000 mile border have avoided war like us. Got to say something for north american mentality!

  • 0:34 and 1:40 NICE VOLLEYS!!! Though the drop on "AIM" was a little lackadaisical

  • The British need to learn how to take a hit... I can't even see any casualties.

  • haha...i guess no one is willing to die in the first 2 minutes of the battle...travel to far for a quick death. I noticed no US casualties either.

  • ??? What is?

  • thats gay

  • Royal Green Jackets is now 'The Rifles'!

  • did the welsh fight in 1812 ?

  • The 41st was mostly a Welsh Regiment and served throughout the War in Upper Canada

  • oh ok

  • Cool video, id love to see one of these in person.

  • No, that's not a fact. The Royal Green Jackets were formed from the later versions of the 43rd, 52nd, 60th and 95th (Rifle) Regts. of Foot. The later versions of the 49th, 62nd, 66th, 99th and others were part of The Royal Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Wiltshire Regiment until all the above and others, incl. The Light Infantry, were amalgamated into a Large Regiment called The Rifles in 2007.

  • Go 49th !!!!

  • Great show! Thanks for sharing. Nothing like the sound of a musket volley echoing across a field.

  • Good video. I work there so I was somewhere controlling the crowd.

  • Very Cool.I was with the glens you can see us for a sec. coming out from behind the tower.
