I was born in 1975. I started to go to Target back in 1981 when my family moved to Minnesota. Even then I knew Target was a better store then Big K Kmart back then. Target was establihed in 1962.

The music on that Target ad was used for the theme music of WNEW-TV's "Big Apple Movie" in the early 1980's. Wonder from which music library it originated, though, and who wrote it.
