If you cant prevent drug trade in prison, can you stop it at all? No. So spending taxpayer money to keep addicts situated in a prison facility is ok, but spending money to get them in a hospital isnt? Youre fucked up. In the head. Really.

They are highly disfunctional being and shouldn't be kept as far away from the society as possible, too bad we can't inforce a death penalty for drugs but I guess having them OD is good enough.
Drug users aren't persons, they are the scum of the earth and deserves to die a slow and painful death like they drag themselves through.
