I 'm working for Bombardier.Our parking lot is right under YUL(Montreal) final approach lane(4 miles) We have such a view when A340 fly over us. Every one stop walking and look at it , u think u can touch it . So majestic !! : )
I've never been an Airbus fan, but Airbus is really growing on me. I'm starting to like how the A340/A380 look really thick and masculine... while the A330 is graceful and birdlike.
The A346 is one of the newest in Thai's fleet!

I asked myself the same questions.
I got 3 main reasons.
(1) Worshiping Powerful Giants (aircrafts and engines, look at Tom Hanks when he ignited fire in Cast Away)
(2) Adoring the Freedom (flying)
(3) Seeking the Leadership (Captain Pilot)
While people hardly realize that it is a boring risky routine job. If you are outa pink line once, you are warned, twice, you are fired.
