Try not to stretch out as far, make sure your back knee touches the ground and make sure your back calf is at a 90 degree angle when you touch the ground, it works much better (our football coach makes us do 1/4 mile lunges down the road every tues and thurs.)
How do I count these? My work out calls for 6 sets of 8-12. Does that mean 8-12 total or 8-12 with each leg? Right - 1 Left - 2 Right - 3 Left - 4 or Right - 1 Left - 1 Right - 2 Left - 2 etc
I'll bet that's much harder to do for beginners,but looks easy for the advanced athletics! Is it better to train without the knee band,or will the knee band help strengthen the knee too?

lol we did this around the track twice XD and then we ran stairs i couldnt feel my legs at all the whole team was sore....

Shouldn't the front knee be above the heel to protect the knee (not over the toes)!
