  • this is francesco soundtrack

  • A master at work.....

  • man is a living legend!

  • pas mal mais un peu trop court

  • Whoever wants the whole scene, please search:

    "Vangelis musiques au coeur"

It's a fantastic interview with lots of live action by Vangelis !!!

    He is AWESOME.....

  • hmm, I love that electrosymphonic sound

  • he looks like obelix, asterisks best friend

  • Soil festivities by Vangelis is one of the most amazing synth albums ever created and the guy probably played it all in by hand and recorded to multi track-True brilliance to be able to score music in such a way and it makes for a more fluid sounding score I think, sequencers do tend to impart their own groove onto things.Vangelis is brilliant.

  • beautiful song, what's the name ?

  • I'm sorry but i don't know. Since this was from a TV show i assume it could be an improvisation performance.

  • Nice, but it stopped! Where's the rest?

  • @Microsloth this is all i could find. Sorry. I also wish there would be more :(

  • I have sweaty chicken flesh after watching this.

  • * Layers* is the secret ^^

  • I'd love to know what this custom system is, that makes him sound like a one man band live. Awesome stuff.

  • Believe it or not, Vangelis still uses the same recording method he has for many years. Plays Multiple synths at once , some programmed with a lot of velocity changes (cymbal crashes, kettle druns Etc on high velovcity settings). And all these synths are fed individualy to an input on a mixer and then to a multitrack recorder, in essance recording everything live and tweeked later. He rarely records tracks seperately or sequences anything.

  • ARG! Hair all over the place !

  • he is using much better equipment today, some homebuild system that nobody else has.

  • yes. Like his very own Multitrack recording system for example.

  • Thanxx

  • Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!!!!! Superb glimpse of this extraordinary man.

  • I thougt it is also Korg X1 X3?

  • He is using the Roland Receptor. A new kind of keyboard.
