Either would be fine, but to me dropping the 'it' helps the sentence flow a little more.

Thank you for you dideos, they are really helpful. However, I saw in some books, the authors still used sentences like I think that.....So can we use I/We/You in the essays? And can make show how to write a letter, it is so difficult to write in appropriate way. Thank you indeed.

@huongle0712 Thank you for your comments. There is no problem in using 'I, you, we' in certain circumstances (for example, when your essay question directly asks you for personal examples), however I always recommend IELTS students try to avoid this in an effort to sound a little more academic. Whenever I read essays that are worded 'I think...' or 'I don't believe they should...', it sounds to me like it was written by a middle school student.

@Malhosainy It depends on how the question is worded. It's best to avoid using personal pronouns as this will help you sound more academic. I'll make a video soon regarding how to respond to those rare questions that demand using personal pronouns.

This is exactly what we need. generally ESL teachers wish their students come up with their own, instead of word-by-word copying, In order not to see hundreds of essays resulting in exactly the same format. It, perhaps, might be the best when specific examples are given in advance to fiddle around with, even, at first, it may seem to be encouraging plagiarism. Eventually they will figure out the way to create their own. IMO
