Thanks for posting this; I'm looking for pictures of The Oak Cinema Selly Oak Birmingham. Other than a 1920's image with the policeman standing in the road you'd think it never existed.
i was born and bred in Birmingham..and it was great,,but now its by far the worst City in the UK..i would never defend it in an argument,when people say there City is better i just say,,,,YES it is...and we all now what destroyed our beautyfull city..we all now but cant say

Birmingham had a great Tram system - if it had been kept it would have saved a lot of the traffic problems today.
