hey me and my dad had one of these but never hooked it up to our antenna can you tell me what wires go to which terminal in the back we have green, white, black, grey
@henderson508 There are only 3 wires and there are numbers on the rotor and on the control box..just match each number with the same wire and you are done.
we found an old unused channel master rotator with control box at the club, we mounted it on a mast with a 70cm cross yagi and a 2m yagi at fixed elevation, about 20 deg seems to work ok, although elevation would be nice it's good for the price (0,00,-) :)
i have since made my first sat qso two days ago. See you on the birds
I am thinking to use a similar device to rotate my wifi antenna as well. I was even considering getting something for vertical rotation as well (for elevation) but i think i'll stick to just horizontal rotation.
Anyone know how long these things tend to last in the Canadian environment?
can it go left then stop and turn right

It turns TV antennas but it is also used to turn amateur radio antennas.

I had one of those control boxes sitting right by the atari2600.... adjusting it waiting for starcade to come on....
I have a newer iteration now for pointing my wifi parabola. Channel Master makes a good product for the price.

I do give you credit demonstrating on how the Archer rotator works. This is something very important to all distant FM/TV DXers. 73!
