Your examples are trivial and cannot be used as evidence, at best they are 'tiny' synchronicities, at worst they are nothing but PERCIEVED coincidences. You cannot increase it. Where does the thought that synchronicity breaks any physical laws come from? That's just stupid. As a physicist and psychotherapist I DO NOT see that synchronicity breaks any laws. When I have a dentist appointment, I tend to see dentists everywhere. Synchronicity! but nowhere does any physical laws break down. To me synchronicity has simply to do with attention and the formation of meaning - no magic here. I absolutely hate, when psychology takes physics as a hostage... Nice speech by the way.

I have synchronicities almost everyday...they used to blow my mind, but now i just recognize them and move on. They are a seamless thing that hoccurs in are reality. And right when i typed 'reality' the OP said reality in the video....even small ones like that are meaningful...they are really mindblowing when you first experience them...

Sync to me is when I'm feeling great, in the flow, and suddenly for no reason look at the time and its 4:44 etc... in other words things magically line up. Synchronicity in my life is so intense and potentially dangerous that I almost wish it didn't exist. It is so difficult to follow. But that is the stuff of life, and of magic... Easier said than done. It is best to believe in it, so that you are better prepared to seize the moment when it happens.

great video !! but how do you meditate to get to know your own beliefs and thought proceses even more ? i ask this because everywhere i look , i am taught to have no thoughts/ try to have no thoughts when trying to meditate. how does examining your own feelings/beliefs/thoughts fit into this ?

@Vic10689 Sometimes when they say to not think of anything, I just let myself think anyway, and that ends up being the meditation, and a comparatively productive one at that. I guess Buddha said don't write any books about me, because everybody has to find their own path. I have a book called Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind. And basically, the title says it all: you're always a beginner, and that's the way it should be. You have to come up with your own way of doing it...

Carl Jung said that synchronicity happens more in transitional times... I find that interesting because, they usually happen to me when I am in tune because of a clean body or following a spiritual practice..etc. BUT they also have happened a lot during a major transition in my life. The interesting thing about this transition time was that it was not a time where I was "in tune" or feeling at all spiritual. It was a very stressful time and they were happening A LOT....
