Li says Taiwan and Tibet should be part of China because the U.N. does not acknolwedge Tibet and Taiwan.
The first reason is that The Communist China is a member of the U.N.
Secondly, the Nationalist leader was going to take back the mainland, so he did not declare that Taiwan is a country.
