Carol Hannah Whitfield's Fashion Show

I like her collection, but I agree not cohesive enough---each garment though was well crafted....I just don't get the story...even if you're going to make such drastic contrasting looks, you have to have a clear color palate for that to work

She was my absolute favorite. I teared up when she got eliminated because she was truly a nice person. She really deserved to win.

She is a total sweetheart and her looks are strong and striking, I'll give ya that. But it just wasn't cohesive enough to be called a collection. Individually, each dress would win a challenge hands down. But together, not so much.

The first time I watched the finale I loved all three designer's collections and wasn't sure who really should have won. The one piece that won me over was Carol Hannah's upside down pyramid skirt. I still think about it all the time to this day! lol PLUS I saw in a fall 2009 coture magazine that Dior had designed a similar skirt, but WAY after Carol Hannah's pyramid skirt had aired on TV. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

looking at her collection again, She deserved to win.

Why did Carol Hannah use this music?  We've all heard it before as the music Project Runway plays in almost every episode. Did she have some copyright problem with her original choice so the show stepped in and let her use one of theirs?

Has anyone figured out who the designer was that made Carrie Underwoods short black/gold number she wore for her AMA performance? Just wondering as it appears to me a blatant rip-off of Carol Hannahs first piece that came out on the runway. In fact when I seen that on Carrie I said OMG she is wearing Carol Hannah!

I absolutely love her collection. I think she definitely should have won, and not Irina. Irina's collection was just too much black. As for Carol Hannah I think she is an amazing designer, and a GENUINELY sweet and kind person.

There is something to waer besides leggings, dorky ugly military hats and black. It was riculous! Maybe the military in communist russia could wear it.... They obviously needed a angry slavic designer. Next they need to pick a black woman, an Asian and i guess we have plenty of gays males huh? this whole field is unrealistic, over priced and too PC anymore. it's not about wearing nice clothes anymore. Tim Gunn is still good and Heidi Klum is making me sick and i am Swedish!!!!!!!

Lisa is beautiful. Besides some of the high fashion models are down right ugly. I don't think so in this case. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but someone thought she looked good enough to put on the show and more important Carol Hannah thought she was gorgeous. I think if she would have been trying to make faces that would have made her unattractive.

Anyway the fashion shows are not about the models, they're about the designers. No one cares about a face if the clothes are ugly.

Sorry but most of Carol Hanna's stuff was a HOT MESS, and looked home sewn. You can tell she didn't go to fashion school. Trudy you need to venture into the city one in a while and see what fashion really is about.

Anyone who thinks she had the best collection, OR thinks she deserved to win....obviously knows NOTHING about fashion, and what a showcase at a fashion show. She had a couple pretty pieces, but nothing you couldn't find at a department store. Irina might be a b I t c h but she murdered the other two. Her collection was by far, the absolute best. and her clothes were obviously better made too. Besides the fact that she needed to add a bit more color, her collection was near perfection.

Her collection was by far my favorite out of the three. All the pieces moved great and they're unique and wearable (except for the tulle dress). I would wear all of them. They are soooo gorgeous. I wanted her to win. I was disappointed by irina's collection. However, she has excelled throughout the whole competition so I think she deserves the title. I have no doubt that all of them will be famous designers in their own right.

She was the only one that made anything anyone normal would wear. Or pretty and complicated it was the best. Irinas was an absolute joke!!! There is no way she should have won if this was honest.

Are you kidding me, trudy?NOT WEARABLE. Did you see that absolutely heinous tumor dress Carol Hannah made? Or that awful roped mess? Or that horrendous black dress that made the model look pregnant? Awful. I'm sorry, she's sweet, but she needs some training to do really well. A lot of her pieces were AWFUL. Atleast Irina's was gorgeous and wearable.

I agree with judges, Carol Hannah makes lovely clothes but there was a wow factor nor a cohesive style in her line. She is a very talented designed and I am sure she be successful in the fashion world.
