How to cope with swelling during pregnancy

All respect for show and for doctor but wen i see his face i imagine those lizard that stay still then suddenly catch insect with their tongue. Kinda cute though. Im afraid of those clogs and most likely il have to search for any way to reduce that swelling... maybe some sports?

yeah you can get blood clogs if the swelling is accompained by pain you could have a blood clog or if swelling is only in one foot you should ask your docter if you can have an ultrasound of your foot to find out
